The Mirror Blinks First

There are times when the pull inside you feels loud — a tug, a longing.
That feeling can turn into anger.
Impulsive. Hard to control.
But anger is not the enemy. It’s the messenger.
When you hold a mirror to yourself —
and honor those feelings by simply acknowledging they are there,
without judgment, without rushing past them —
you begin to release what was never meant to stay trapped.
Look into the mirror and say:
“I understand why you’re angry. Now let’s align ourselves and resolve this with intention.”
The result?
The anger softens. And peace begins.
Take time to acknowledge not only the good — but the painful.
Both deserve your attention.
Both are part of your becoming.
Take that time for yourself.
